Sending the ladder down is the concept of someone sharing their success to help raise others up. This concept is one that is close to host Kate Cousens' heart as back in 2018 she wrote and self-published a book called ‘Ladder Climbing in High Heels’ where she shared a number of ‘Ladder Lessons’ that she found useful during her 20+ year corporate career (https://amzn.to/2NQpvql).
