Are you tired of constantly being exhausted, not knowing what the night will hold? Are you tired of letting your mental and physical health suffer, and feeling out of control of your day to day life as a mama? Are you ready to feel empowered and in control of your mind and home? Are you asking yourself, when will this get easier? I understand, mama. I was right where you are after having my son in 2019. I felt out of control, depressed, anxious, beyond exhausted, and like a zombie going through my day-to-day life. Bottles, diapers, cat naps, and endless rocking and shushing trying to get just one hour of collective sleep; that’s what my life looked like for 5 months. It just wasn’t working. For me, my husband, or our son; he was exhausted as well! That’s when I discovered sleep training. Sleep training changed our lives; my son was happier and well rested, my mental health slowly got better, and my home finally had some peace and predictability (as much predictability as you can have as a mom!). However, I felt like my sleep training experience was missing something. It wasn’t customized specifically for my family, I had a lot of questions that didn’t get answered, and I could have used some non-judgmental support and encouragement while walking through the process! So, I created it, for you. I went to work and got certified as a Sleep Training Consultant and a Postpartum Doula, so that I could create a space for moms to get complete support as they walk through sleep training their babies, while supporting their mental health and helping them create routines that work best for their family. Inside this podcast, you will find sleep solutions and tips for children age newborn-3 years old, encouragement and community (you are not alone!!), tips on how to bring routines and predictability to your home, and how to navigate postpartum and beyond. So go refill your iced coffee and listen up, mama! Because you matter, too!
